Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. How is my league or group decided?
The team assignment system fills empty slots with new users, starting from the highest division down to the lowest.
2. Can I have multiple MVP Basket accounts?
Yes, you can have multiple accounts as long as you do not transfer players between them or place bids to inflate prices. Any interaction between accounts belonging to the same user is forbidden. Penalties may be financial, sporting, or even account closure.
3. Can I cancel a player's listing once they are on the market?
No. Once a player is listed, they will stay on the market for the full 48 hours. Listings cannot be reverted.
4. If I sell a player to the "quick sell" system, can I get them back?
No. Players sold to the system cannot be recovered. They become free agents and may appear on the market later.
5. What are specialist coaches for?
Specialist coaches are essential for your team’s development:
- Offensive Coach: Boosts offensive skill training alongside the head coach’s work.
- Defensive Coach: Boosts defensive skill training alongside the head coach’s work.
- Physical Coach: Gets your players in shape during the season. The higher the level, the better the physical attributes your players will reach.
- Mental Coach: Improves your players’ Morale. Each win can increase morale; without a mental coach, it will not change.
6. How is a youth player’s nationality determined?
A promoted youth player has a 40% chance to match your team’s nationality, another 40% chance to match the scout’s nationality, and a 20% random chance among all available countries.
7. My country is not available. What can I do?
You can register under another country’s flag. This only determines the nationality of most of your players when your team is created. If you want your country added, email contacto@mvpbasket.com with the subject "new country" and we’ll consider it for the next update. Once your country exists, we’ll let you know so you can switch.
8. I found a bug in MVP Basket. How do I report it?
Send an email to contacto@mvpbasket.com and we’ll fix it quickly. You will be rewarded for your help.
9. Where can I change my user details?
You can update your data in the My Data section, available near the bottom of the menu.
10. My match schedule changed after promotion/relegation. Can it be modified?
No. Each group has a fixed match schedule. This avoids server overload from too many simultaneous matches and keeps everything running smoothly.
